what you can expect here

No one has all the answers.  Often we are full of questions.  What’s the easiest way to organize a closet?  What meals can you make with ground beef? What do I do if my toddler won’t nap?

We’ll receive a flood of information from the internet. Some of it will resonate.  Some of it will not. What is the answer?

The answer is what works for you.

You can spend your time reading and researching best practices (like I do) but in the end you need to find what works for you.  Not someone else.

You need to find your own way, which could be a blending of someone’s brilliant idea and your own spin on it.

I don’t have the answers but I can ask the questions.

I can provide the tools to help you find the answers you seek.

Together let’s work through and maybe even solve our daily dilemmas, problems, and struggles.

Here at The Thankful Spoon our aim is to

Encourage you.  Empower you.  Nourish you.

I am full of questions and I spend too much time finding the answers outside myself.  Everytime the perfect solution for me and my family has been within myself.

I’m not going to be able to answer you questions about creating the perfect centerpiece, the best art projects for your two year old, or what to make for dinner with ground beef.  I’m searching Pinterest for answers just like you.

Instead, I can provide you tools. Tools that help you look inside yourself.  Tools that help you blend those brilliant ideas from blogging moms and ladies with your own life.

Because in the end it’s not about what those ten amazing ladies do or think.

It’s about you.  What works for you. What works for your family.

So let The Thankful Spoon help you nourish your soul, find contentment in where you are, and realize…

You got this!
